1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
2. Slice each puff pastry square into four. Place the 24 squares on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Top 12 squares with mini marshmallows and a square of chocolate. Cover with remaining puff pastry squares. Bake for another seven minutes.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
