A grazing-table-friendly way to get your favorite s’mores flavor, in a flash. Baking the marshmallows in a pan is so much faster than roasting them individually on skewers, and then everyone can dig right in.
1 bag of marshmallows
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
baking tray
Gefen cooking or oil spray
crackers or cookies, for dipping
Grease a baking pan with oil.
Place marshmallows in the pan.
Place the pan of marshmallows in the oven on a low broil until the top gets golden brown, about five minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
Use any cookie or cracker to dip into your s’mores!
