Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 ounces Romaine lettuce

  • 2 cups sugar snap peas, ends trimmed

  • carrots, julienned

  • 4 medium radishes, thinly sliced

  • 1/8 medium red onion, thinly sliced into 1/4-size rings

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.

2.

Blend together dressing ingredients. Toss with salad and enjoy.
