In a bowl of an electric mixer, cream margarine and sugars until fully combined.

Add pudding, eggs, flour, and baking soda.

4.

Mix until just combined, then add chocolate chips and mix until just combined.

Will the cookies be as good when made by Hand?
Will it taste fresh out of the freezer?

You could make by hand, just make sure to really cream the margarine and sugar very well until they’re fluffy.
You can freeze the cookies baked or you can freeze balls of cookie dough and bake them fresh. Both will be delicious!

Can I use chocolate pudding powder, or is the chocolate going to be too much?

You could, but then the whole cookie would be chocolate 🙂

I made these a while back when it came out in the voice. They are incredible and get eaten up so fast! Make sure to double the recipe!

These cookies are excellent even by subbing with oil for margarine! So good!
