A tropical tipple with both an exotic fruitiness and a sweet nuttiness; its alluring color transporting you to the shoreline of a sun-kissed island, the sea lapping upon the golden sands.
Add the ingredients, apart from the blue Curaçao, to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour into an ice-ﬁlled hurricane glass, or similar.
Pour 10 milliliters/two teaspoons blue Curaçao down the inside of the glass. The Curaçao will sink, creating the layered effect. Garnish with pineapple wedges and serve at once.
