One of my kids won’t touch vegetables. Not for anything in the world. I once made this salad and stared open-mouthed while he ate this with gusto! Winner!

1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons Gefen BBQ Sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
ground beef (recipe follows)
tortilla chips, broken into pieces
corn
black beans
avocado
In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the ground beef. Break up until you have nice little crumbles.
Add the sauces. Mix until well heated through. Let simmer for about 15 minutes until all the meat is browned. Drain and serve.
Place a little of all the toppings on each latke. Enjoy!
