Spaghetti Cheese Sauce


This cheesy tomato sauce for serving atop pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables takes just a few minutes to prepare but can elevate those simple dishes when you’d like to serve something special.


Make the Sauce

1. Sauté onions in oil until transparent.
2. Add the flour. Brown slightly.
3. Add tomato sauce and spices and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and add cheese. Cook until melted.
5. Serve over spaghetti or spaghetti squash.
