3 cups unsalted cashews
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Haddar Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
3 cups pecans
zest of 1 orange (or 2-3 tablespoons orange zest)
juice of 1 orange (or 1/3 cup orange juice)
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
3 cups peanuts
1 egg white or 3 tablespoons Haddar Egg Whites
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
pinch kosher salt
pinch nutmeg
3 cups unsalted almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Haddar Kosher Salt
1-2 tablespoons liquid smoke
3 cups salted pistachios
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
3 cups assorted nuts, unsalted
1 tablespoon Haddar Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
To prepare any of the nut varieties, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet.
Roast uncovered for 30 minutes (for Sweet Peanuts, roast for 50 minutes). Stir nuts occasionally to make sure they remain separated.
Allow nuts to cool completely after removing them from the oven. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
