Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 cups assorted salted nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews – if making for Passover, don’t forget that peanuts are kitniyot)

  • 1 egg white or 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Haddar Egg Whites

  • 1 teaspoon water

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Directions

Prepare the Nuts

1.

Combine egg white and water in a mixing bowl. Add nuts.

2.

In another bowl, mix sugar and spices. Add to nuts.

3.

Toss all to coat and spread on lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 250 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
