Diets I’m not a huge tea drinker, but I wish I was. Tea is so soothing, especially now, in the cold winter months. When I was working on this recipe, I kept trying it to make sure it was just right, and then I realized I was no longer testing it…I was actually drinking tea every night! My son was fascinated that I put a whole cinnamon stick into the tea; it adds so much.
1 tea bag of your choice (I like either lemon or chai, such as Wissoztky)
1 slice orange, or 2 slices tangerine
3 cloves
10 ounces hot water
2 teaspoons Gefen Honey
Place everything in a hot mug, and swirl gently to let the flavors blend.
Drink warm.
