Submitted by Chana Goldstone Whole salmon in a spicy sauce with a little sweetness.
1 whole side of salmon
4-6 Jalapenos (or more if you like it really spicy)
1 red onion
1 red pepper and 1 green pepper
1 can of tomato paste
A splash of red cooking wine
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
Salt (to your liking)
1/4 water
Place whole salmon on a pan.
Sauté onions, peppers, and jalapeños until softened.
Add crushed garlic and salt.
Lower flame and add tomato paste and water and mix until you get a thick sauce add more water if needed.
Add splash of red cooking wine.
Pour sauce over salmon.
Cover and bake of 350F for 25 mins (sometimes longer depending on the oven )
