Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 slices salmon, skinned and cubed

  • 10 cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped

  • 1/4 of a cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • pinch of black pepper

Directions

Prepare the Salmon

1.

Mix oil and spices, add tomatoes and garlic. Pour oil mixture over fish cubes. Bake uncovered on 400 F for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 320F and bake for another 20 minutes.
