1 (16-oz./450-g.) package frozen pizza dough, defrosted
1 cup frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
2 tablespoons Gefen Pizza Sauce
4 Haolam string cheese sticks, cut into 12 pieces and frozen for 1 hour
1 cup water, mixed with 1 tablespoon baking soda
dried minced garlic, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 12 squares. Mix drained spinach with pizza sauce. Place one teaspoon of sauce on each square of dough and add a frozen cheese stick piece on top. Close the ends of the dough around the cheese tightly, making sure there are no holes.
Dip the entire dough ball into the water/baking soda mixture. Repeat with remaining balls.
Place on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with minced garlic. Bake for 16 minutes, or until golden.
