Diets Lately, I’ve been making a few recipes with this flavor profile as the theme. I do it with omelets, pasta, pasta salad, green salad, and, as in this recipe, pizza.
1 10- to 12-inch (26- to 30-centimeter) pizza crust or homemade pizza dough
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Beleaves Frozen Spinach, defrosted and squeezed out
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
3–4 tablespoons tomato sauce (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup crumbled Ta’amti Feta Cheese
sliced cherry tomatoes. for topping
sliced Kalamata olives, for topping
banana peppers, for topping
olive oil, for drizzling
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius) with a baking sheet inside.
Spread out the pizza dough in a round pizza shape.
Mix the ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce, if desired. Spread the sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with mozzarella, feta, and my favorite toppings or toppings of your choice. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
Place the pizza on the preheated baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until the crust and cheese are golden brown.
