This soup is so refreshing, we often serve it Friday night in the height of the summer instead of chicken soup!

Ingredients

Spring Fruit Soup

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

1.

Place all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook for five minutes. Cool and then place in refrigerator to chill. Serve cold.
