Squash and Carrot Side Dish

These sauteed zucchini and carrots are the easiest side dish to prepare and goes along with pretty much any main dish of meat, chicken or fish.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Squash and Carrot Side Dish

  1. Sauté onion in oil for five minutes.

  2. Add carrots, sauté for 25-30 minutes or until tender.

  3. Cut squash in half lengthwise, slice to 1/4 inch thickness. Add to carrots.

  4. Cook covered over low heat for 15 minutes.

  5. Add salt, mix well.

  6. Serve with meat or fish.
