Trust me on this one: Your kids will love these chicken lollipops. I guarantee it. Wrap them in parchment and twine for an easy, neat, kid-friendly dinner.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place drumettes in a Gefen Parchment-lined nine- by 13-inch baking tray.
2. Mix honey, mustard, lemon juice, ketchup, paprika and salt in a small bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water, then add to sauce mixture and incorporate.
4. Pour sauce over chicken and cook for 25-30 minutes.
check if your oven is working properly. I bake chicken on the bone often (usually breaded), even the thigh and the whole breast and it doesn’t take much more than 30 minutes. If you like it “falling off of the bone” it will take much longer. But normally it shouldn’t take more than the recipe states. Good luck!
