Also called candy fish, this one’s a real treat!
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup Glicks Ketchup
1 cup water
2 tablespoons apricot jam, such as Tuscanini
1 tablespoon Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 teaspoons soy sauce
4 salmon fillets, skinned and cut into 1-inch cubes
In a large skillet, place all ingredients except salmon and stir. Bring to a boil.
Drop salmon cubes inside sauce and lower flame. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping midway.
