Pan sautéed, all in one pan. Possible side dishes are premade rice or air-roasted potatoes.
2-3 white mushrooms or Shiitake mushrooms sliced,
red onion, thinly sliced
1 sweet finger pepper, thinly sliced
pre roasted brussels sprouts or pre roasted broccoli
olive oil
avocado oil, to prevent burning
1/4 teaspoon honey mustard
1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce
dried parsley
granulated garlic
Mrs. Dash herb garlic seasoning
1-ounce piece salmon
Heat up and sweat onions, vegetables, seasonings, soy sauce, and honey mustard in pan.
Add fresh salmon. I use skin on, about a one-ounce piece.
Turn down heat until salmon in fully cooked, and turn off heat and cover until serving.
