Strawberry Arugula Salad Board

A summer salad that hits all the right sweet and salty notes. Strawberries, mozzarella cheese, avocado, and pistachios with a lemon-tahini dressing.

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 package/bundle arugula

  • 10–12 strawberries, quartered

  • 1 small red onion, sliced paper thin

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup toasted shelled pistachios

  • 1/2 package Natural and Kosher Mozzarella Ciliegine

Tahini dressing

  • 1/3 cup Haddar Tahini

  • juice of 1/2 a lemon

  • pinch of salt, to taste

  • 1/4 cup water to thin out (more as needed to reach your desired consistency)  

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Lay arugula on your serving platter.

2.

Place remaining ingredients atop the lettuce.

3.

Mix dressing in a jar or cruet. Serve on the side.

It’s a good combination. The only negative thing is that there is too much arugula proposition wise.
