A summer salad that hits all the right sweet and salty notes. Strawberries, mozzarella cheese, avocado, and pistachios with a lemon-tahini dressing.
1 package/bundle arugula
10–12 strawberries, quartered
1 small red onion, sliced paper thin
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup toasted shelled pistachios
1/2 package Natural and Kosher Mozzarella Ciliegine
1/3 cup Haddar Tahini
juice of 1/2 a lemon
pinch of salt, to taste
1/4 cup water to thin out (more as needed to reach your desired consistency)
Lay arugula on your serving platter.
Place remaining ingredients atop the lettuce.
Mix dressing in a jar or cruet. Serve on the side.

It’s a good combination. The only negative thing is that there is too much arugula proposition wise.
