An easy, basic recipe for delicius, yummy parve sherbet!
Yield: 2 quarts
1 pint strawberries
1 ripe banana
2 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice or Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
Mash fruit.
Add egg whites.
Whip at low speed in mixer increasing speed gradually until fluffy peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, yolks, and lemon juice. Beat an additional minute until sugar dissolves. Freeze.
