This smoothie is so filling it kept me going from lunch until dinner (or almost!). Try it and you’ll see!

Ingredients

Strawberry Goodness

  • 1/2 cup water or ice cubes

  • 1 cup milk or soy milk (original flavor)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 ripe banana or 2/3 cup Beleaves Frozen Bananas

Directions

1.

Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you like it thinner, add a little more water or ice cubes. Serve immediately.

Notes:

If you don’t have a blender, you can use a food processor with the “s” blade. It works just as well.
