A sweet and refreshing drink that blends all the flavors of strawberry shortcake into a delightful glass!
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup sugar
3 cups milk
6 teaspoons Elite Coffee, dissolved
1/2 cup hot water
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 and 1/2 cups ice
whipped topping, such as Kineret, for garnish
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries and sugar.
Blend until smooth.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the strawberry purée over the bottom.
Add the milk on top of the strawberry layer.
Mix the dissolved coffee, hot water, and vanilla, then pour gently over the milk.
Top with a swirl of whipped topping and serve immediately.
