Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice loaves horizontally. Hollow out bottom half of each loaf.
2. In a bowl mix the parsley, chives, basil, spinach, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cheese. Spread half of the mixture into each half of hollowed out bread.
3. Top each half of hollowed out and cheese filled bread with a half of non-hollowed out bread. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
Tips:
You can reserve the hollowed out bread to make fresh breadcrumbs.
Delicious! Was so yummy! Made it without the chives & spinach (not our taste) and was so delicious!
