This is the most delicious – and easy dinner! Most of all, your kids will gobble it up!

Ingredients

Stuffed Shells

  • – 1 Package of JUMBO Shells

  • – 1 Jar of Marinara Sauce

  • – 1 Cup of Shredded Cheese

  • – 2 Containers of Cottage Cheese

  • – Pinch of Oregano, Basil, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Red Pepper Flakes

  • – 2 eggs

  • – Salt and Pepper

1. Cook Shells in Salted Water until cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. While Shells are cooking, combine Cottage Cheese, spices and eggs.

3. Layer some sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Stuff Cheese Filling in Shells and place in pan, fill side up.

4. Layer with more sauce and shredded cheese on top of shells.

5. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
