We all love a classic coleslaw or crunchy Asian slaw, but let’s elevate our eating experience with this Sublime Slaw.

1/4 head white cabbage (yields approximately 1/2 cup shredded cabbage)
1/4 head red cabbage (yields approximately 1/2 cup shredded cabbage)
3 peeled carrots
1 small trimmed zucchini
1 large green pepper
8 washed and trimmed radishes
4 green onions
2-ounce container Wonder Shot – Ginger
1/4 cup Gefen Sesame Oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 clove garlic, minced, or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
black and white sesame seeds
Shred the vegetables with a mandoline slicer or the shredding blade on a food processor.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and add combined dressing. Refrigerate for an hour before serving and up to two days. Sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds when serving.
