Succulent ’N Saucy Ribs



1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place onions in a roasting pan and top with ribs. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
3. In a small mixing bowl, combine ketchup, garlic, onion powder, and brown sugar. Smear ribs with the mixture. Pour red wine over ribs. Cover tightly and bake for three hours.
