As implied by the title, these egg cookies are not sweet. Serve accompanying gefilte fish or other savory appetizer (or just keep them on hand for salty snacking).
Knead all ingredients until smooth, roll out on floured board.
Cut into three-inch squares.
Let rise 20–25 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.
