Diets Ahh summer! What’s a better way to cool off in these hot summer days then a lemonade pop! Be creative add any summer fruits you like.
2 cups boiling water
1 pack Gefen Clear Jell
3/4 cup Gefen Lemon Juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup cold water
frozen strawberries
fresh blueberries
Dissolve the jello with the hot water and mix well.
Add the lemon juice and sugar and mix until dissolved. Add cold water.
Place the sliced fruit in your popsicle molds. (No rule to this- add as many as you like).
Fill the rest of the mold with the lemonade and freeze for a few hours or until hardened.

Since this doesn’t get blended, what’s the texture once frozen?
