1 lb salmon
3 sticks kani
spicy mayo, to taste
sweet sushi sauce, to taste
avocado
sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place salmon on a prepared baking sheet, either with parchment paper or sprayed foil.
In a small bowl, shred kani into thin strings.
Add a few squirts of each sauce, or to taste.
Spread kani evenly over salmon.
Bake until fully cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
Top with sliced avocado, a drizzle of each sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Best served with sushi rice.
