Extremely easy to prepare; this dish will become a family favorite. Irresistible! Other Salmon Recipes: Lemon Dill Salmon Pistachio-Crusted Honey Mustard Salmon Roasted Salmon with Maple Glaze
2 slices salmon or 4 fillets
garlic powder, for sprinkling
paprika, for sprinkling
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon distilled vinegar
Gefen Cornflake Crumbs (use gluten-free if needed), to coat fish
Sprinkle fish with garlic and paprika. Combine oil, sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Mix well. Set aside half the mixture.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes and then an additional 10 minutes uncovered. Top with reserved mixture and serve.
Dip fish into remaining half of mixture and then into corn flakes, until coated.

This is recipe is amazing but i used to do it with tilapia instead of salmon. These days i use frozen breaded flounder and pour the sauce over it. I always get rave reviews whenever i serve it!
P.S. I subbed honey for the sugar
