An easy supper that’s a favorite in everyone’s home. It’s so easy to prepare and can be very filling when served with whole grain rice or your favorite Passover-friendly starch.

For the Meatballs

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the eggs and seasoning.

  2. In a medium pot, sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the tomato paste, lemon juice, water, and xylitol. Simmer for seven minutes.

  3. Form the meat into golf-sized balls and add to the pot. Cover and cook over low heat for one to one and a half hours.
