1. Gently press out as much water as possible from the tofu. I place the tofu on a cutting board and press down on the tofu with a paper towel.
2. Cube the tofu and put it in a large bowl.
3. Add in all the remaining ingredients into the bowl with the tofu.
4. Gently mix everything together (make sure to not let the tofu cubes come apart) and pour tofu onto a sheet pan.
5. Roast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
