Ingredients

Sweet and Sour Salmon

  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 cup raisins (optional)

  • 4 teaspoons wine (red preferably, but others are okay too)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.

Sprinkle some salt over salmon. Broil fish for 10 minutes.

2.

Boil together remaining ingredients for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour the sauce over the salmon and place in fridge overnight.

3.

Can be served warm or cold.

Notes:

When pressed for time, you can use one bag of frozen diced onions.
