Ingredients

Sweet ‘n Sour Salmon

  • 2 onions, sliced

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar or 2 cups Health Garden Allulose (not for Passover)

  • 5 tablespoons water

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt

Directions

Prepare the Sweet ‘n Sour Salmon

1.

In a pot, combine onions, sugar, water, and salt. Simmer over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and onions are slightly golden.

2.

Add salmon, lemon juice, and more water to just about cover the fish.

3.

Cover and cook 25 minutes.
