Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablesoon Gefen Cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water 

Directions

Prepare the Beets

1.

In 3 quart saucepan, bring beet juice, jam, and orange juice to a boil. 

2.

Add sugar and salt.

3.

Add dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly for one minute. 

4.

Add beets and cook for five minutes. Serve hot.
