Lightly cooked on the stovetop and then glazed with honey, these carrots are sure to portend sweet tidings for the coming year. 2 pounds carrots, sliced
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
Place first four ingredients in four-quart saucepan.
Cover and sauté over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add honey and cook for 15 minutes until glazed.

Freezing Does this freeze nicely?
I think it might defrost mushy.
i freeze my sweet carrots in 4×3.5 inch square bekelech I put it on the blech, it tastes delicious and looks just as nice.
I divide it into 3oz cups with covers and freeze them. You can rewarm them with the cup.
