Make the Challah Kugel

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine all ingredients except for walnuts. Mash and combine very well with a potato masher.

  3. Add walnuts. Bake in a four- x 10-inch loaf pan for 35 to 45 minutes.
