This delicious chicken dish is super kid friendly. Serve it steaming on a cold winter day!
3 chicken bottoms
1 small onion, diced
1 zucchini, sliced
4 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets, such as Beleaves Frozen Broccoli Florets
2 cups Tonnelli Marinara Sauce
3 tablespoons Haddar Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place chicken in a 9×13-inch pan. Layer vegetables over chicken.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Cover pan tightly and bake for two and a half hours, basting the chicken midway. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
