Directions

Dough

1. Combine ingredients for dough, mixing to form a crumbly dough.  
2. Press into a nine- by 13-inch pan.

Topping

1. Combine ingredients for topping, mixing well. Spread over dough.
2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into half-inch bars.
