Big-Batch Sweet Potato Pie

This sweet potato pie is a really indulgent treat, perfect for a large family gathering or Yom Tov meal. The dough is very easy to work with and will make a solid yet tasty crust that holds each piece of pie nicely. This cuts beautifully and makes a very large amount, so feel free to halve or quarter the recipe if you don't need such a large quantity.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Sweet Potato Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine dough ingredients until it forms crumbly dough.  Press into two 10- by 16-inch pans.

  3. Mix all ingredients for filling.  Pour over crumbs.

  4. Bake for two hours.
