3/4 pound chicken cutlets
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/4 teaspoons mustard
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Clean and dry the chicken and lay it down in a baking pan.
Spread the brown sugar, mustard, and mayonnaise evenly over the shnitzel.
Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Drizzle with oil.
Bake covered for 45 minutes. Bake another 10 minutes uncovered.

The cooking time Sounds way too long. Schnitzel is usually done after 15 or 20 min. Was it a mistake?
no we bake schnitzel for that long every shabbos though it might not be as crispy the tender soft chicken makes up for the crispyness
