2 pounds London broil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 onion, chopped
2 cups rice, for serving
Put London broil in a nine- by 13-inch pan.
Add olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and BBQ sauce.
Bake it on broil for 10 minutes, then flip the meat and return to the oven for nine more minutes.
Sauté the onion. Make the rice according to the package directions.
Cut the London broil into 1/2-inch pieces. Add the rice, sauteed onion, and the London broil to a serving bowl.

I didn’t make it yet but it does look delicious and very easy to make.
I live in Israel and don’t know what London Broil is equivalent to, would you have any idea?

Shavua Tov. It is number five. It is called, tzli katef, minute steak, oyster blade. It is one of the more expensive cuts, but well worth it. Most of the butcher shops that sell in “Anglo” areas know what it is and you can usually ask for London Broil.
