A simple side dish that goes with every meal, this veggie classic is healthy, colorful, and easy to make! Perfectly seasoned and super tasty, this is a great veggie side dish for a weekday or Shabbat meal.
All vegetables should be cut julinenne style.
Sauté onion and garlic in oil for five minutes. Add carrots, red pepper and string beans. Sauté for 20 minutes.
Add zucchini and sauté additional 20 minutes or until soft.
Add spices. Cook for another five minutes.
If frozen string beans are used, add in the last 10 to 15 minutes.
