2 hearts romaine lettuce, sliced thin
1 (8-ounce) box white button or cremini mushrooms, stems removed and sliced.
1 red and 1 yellow or orange bell peppers, finely diced
3 generous handfuls Terra Stix, plus more for garnish
3/4 cup honey glazed peanuts, walnuts, or pecans
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Heaven & Earth Ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt
pinch fresh ground Gefen Black Pepper
Toss lettuce, mushrooms, peppers, and nuts. Combine all dressing ingredients.
When ready to serve, dress the salad. Add Terra Stix and gently toss. Garnish top of salad with additional Terra Stix. Serve immediately.
