Diets This is really special when there’s the nuances of flavors from three different types of onions. You can also use leeks instead of one of the varieties.
Watch Victoria Dwek make this and 3 other amazing cauliflower rice dishes here!
2 tablespoons oil
1 sweet onion, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 large shallots, diced
1 (14-ounce) bag Heaven & Earth Riced Cauliflower
1 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. (You can also prepare this without oil. Check out my video on How to Saute an Onion without Oil).
Add all onions and shallots and saute until completely soft and caramelized, about 20 minutes.
Raise heat, add cauliflower rice and saute for five minutes, until cauliflower rice is warm and the liquid it releases evaporates. Season with salt and enjoy!
