Dark meat chicken cutlets
Half a can of coconut milk
Teaspoon of turmeric
Teaspoon of coriander
Two jalapeños, seedless
Tablespoon of garam masala
Cayenne pepper to taste
Garlic
Ginger
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Crushed tomatoes
Chicken stock
Brown chicken in oil.
Remove chicken from pot.
One small onion chopped.
Add all spices.
Add garlic and ginger.
Add the two jalapeños.
Crushed tomatoes.
Return chicken into pot.
Add chicken soup.
Add coconut milk.
Simmer for half an hour.
