These make a delicious and quick entree or side dish. They’re absolutely yummy and super easy to prepare!!
small onion
tri-color peppers (red, orange & yellow)
fresh mushrooms (optional)
oil ( for sautéing)
salt
black pepper
soy sauce
consommé ( chicken flavor)
wraps
Sauté the diced onion for 8-10 min or until translucent.
Cut the peppers and mushrooms into thin strips and add to the onions.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1 flat tsp. consommé.
Let sauté for additional 10 minutes.
Take a small wrap and spread the veggies on one half and then fold the other side over.
Grill on the George Foreman for 2 minutes (let the excess oil drip down).
And serve warm.
