This is a kid favorite. It’s fresh and light and heavily sweetened with fruit — ideal to offer to an uninitiated smoothie drinker. The added coconut and dates give it a tropical feel, along with the strawberries and kiwi. Don’t forget the hemp seeds; they’re an excellent source of Omega 3s and have a chewy, nutty texture.
1/2 cup frozen chunks Beleaves Mango
1/2 cup frozen chunks Beleaves Pineapple
1 banana
1/2 peach, cut into chunks
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1/2 kiwi, diced
1-2 dates, diced
1 teaspoon ground coconut
2-3 strawberries, sliced
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
Using a blender or immersion blender, blend the smoothie ingredients on high until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, dates, coconut, and strawberries. Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
